DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping for domestic deliveries from MooBear is charged at a flat rate of $10. It takes us 1 business day to create your order if it is a standard item as shown in the picture. If you have placed your order before 12pm on any business day, we will create, package and ship it the next business day guaranteed. Any special additions may add production time should we need to confirm anything with you prior to shipping. All orders are subject to verification and payment approval before shipping and this may delay the process by a few days. We only ship on business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Your package can take anything from 3 - 10 working days to be delivered depending on your location. If you would like your parcel to be delivered quicker, you may upgrade your shipping option by choosing Express Post by Australia Post at checkout.

Please note that shipping estimates do not include production time. While we will do all we can to make sure your order is delivered on time, MooBear cannot be held liable for missing parcels once posted or delays in delivery due to conditions beyond our control such as courier mismanagement, severe weather, service interruptions, postal delays, Covid-19 impacts etc.
